This is a uniquely designed cosmetics subscription box. The box is made of three layers of paper: kraft paper on the outside, E-flute with higher density in the middle, and economical white board on the inside. Secondly, the colors are also very unique. The outside and inside of the box are completely different colors, creating a strong visual difference. The purple inside is highly saturated because it uses Pantone printing instead of four-color printing. Therefore, the color is brighter and more saturated.
Kraft paper doesn’t require lamination. However, it has high strength, density, and toughness, making it less prone to tearing when folded, even without lamination. Furthermore, kraft paper is environmentally friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable, which translates to a higher cost. However, kraft paper has its own inherent color, making it difficult to print. If you want to print color on kraft paper, we usually use a UV printer or a standard four-color press to first print a white primer before adding color.
