This is an eye mask packaging box. It’s a basic cardboard box with top and bottom openings. It’s printed using four-color offset printing. The surface is treated with a transparent matte film, which solidifies the color while increasing the box’s hardness and toughness.
The box design appears simple, but if you look closely, you’ll see some shiny dots. This process is called spot UV. Spot UV is a transparent, glossy varnish commonly used on matte-coated boxes, bags, or cards. Therefore, the rest of the packaging will be matte, while the UV-coated areas will be shiny. In bright light, the UV-coated areas are very noticeable. You can also apply UV to areas with designs or logos, or to blank areas.
The size of this box can only be used to package very small products, such as lip balm patches, eye masks, double eyelid stickers, nail stickers and other thin products.
