These customized shipping boxes are a small to medium-sized express box, which is more suitable for packaging jewelry, cosmetics, and other products.
This box is made of three layers of paper. The two sides of the box are made of 250g white board, and the inner layer is E-flute. The white board is smooth white on one side and gray on the other, making it more suitable for printing on shipping boxes. E-flute is thinner but denser, making it very suitable for small and medium-sized express boxes.
If the inside of the box does not need to be printed and you want to control costs, then only two layers of paper are needed: one layer of 250g white board and one layer of E-flute. It is conceivable that the box printed on both sides is thicker and harder.
Usually airplane boxes made of white board need to be covered with film, so that the box will not burst during the folding process. The film not only has the effect of waterproofing, but also increases the toughness of the box, making it less likely to break. This is also another protection for the box.
