These personalized shipping boxes are a double-sided printed pink corrugated boxes. It’s made from two layers of 250gsm white board with a layer of E-flute corrugated paper in between. The whiteboard is used primarily for printing, but also to add thickness and rigidity to the box while ensuring it’s priced appropriately for shipping.
The printed content on the inside and outside of this shipping box is different, so we need to print it twice. Both the inside and outside of the box are covered with holographic film. Holographic film is a relatively basic film, so it is much more expensive than ordinary glossy or matte film. The overall price also depends on the quantity and the total area required for coating.
The logo of this box is also very special, not only using the hot stamping process, but also the color choice is the holographic silver that echoes the film, making the whole box look not only full of vitality but also very gorgeous.
