This sticker roll is a custom-designed, self-adhesive sticker roll. Each roll contains approximately 500-2000 stickers, depending on the size of each sticker. These stickers are sold in rolls, and the unit price decreases with larger quantities. The printing method is not digital printing, but rather offset printing, which provides clearer results. The most commonly used paper types are coated paper, kraft paper, and specialty paper. The paper is relatively thin to ensure the stickers are flexible and easy to bend.
Offset printing allows you to choose CMYK or Pantone colors. If you also have packaging boxes and bags, offset printed labels ensure that the label colors are as close as possible to the colors of your other printed products. However, due to the different materials of the substrates, there may be slight variations in color.
In addition to printing patterns and text, self-adhesive labels can also be processed using other techniques, such as hot stamping, embossing, debossing, texturing, and spot UV coating.
